Refund & Shipping Policy
Return
All Sales Final. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate a return request within 5 days from receiving your product and submitting a request to sales@templarknife.com. Product must be in the condition it was received. Any tampering with the product will void a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at point of sale. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and mail your item to: 2201 Technology Ct. Waxahachie, Texas 75167.
Shipping
Our products are shipped within 1-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS FedEx UPS . In the event that you need warranty work, you should mail your product to: 2201 Technology Ct. Waxahachie, Texas 75167. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
