Trademark, Copyright & License Requests

The intellectual property of Big Country Concepts, LLC dba Templar Knife includes the design of its products, the artwork on its products, photographs of its products, along with Templar Knife’s other content on this website, its social media pages and other advertising.  The designs and artwork may also constitute trade dress of Templar Knife. 

Templar Knife owns the following copyright registrations (updated April 8, 2022):

Templar Knife also has trademark rights to the name Templar Knife. 

© 2022 Templar Knife, LLC  All rights reserved.  All right, title, and interest, including all patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, trade secrets, confidential information and other intellectual property rights (the “Rights”) in the Templar Knife designs, artwork, photographs, content, trade dress and trademark (in both print and machine-readable forms) belongs to Templar Knife.  You shall not in any manner violate or attempt to impair the Rights of Templar Knife in the Templar Knife designs, artwork, photographs, content, trade dress and trademark.  Unless otherwise noted, other Templar Knife graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and names may be trademarks or trade dress of Templar Knife in the U.S. and/or other countries.  Templar Knife’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names or email addresses, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.

No Templar Knife designs, artwork, photographs, content, trade dress and trademark may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Templar Knife. Any unauthorized use of the Templar Knife designs, artwork, photographs, content, trade dress and trademark may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil actions and/or penalties.
