BEFORE SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you are unfamiliar with OTF knives and how to reset or clean them, please see the maintenance page before submitting your warranty. If it is just a reset or cleaning, this will save you time and inform you of proper care of your knife. See:

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty reflects our commitment to providing a thoroughly satisfying experience when selecting, purchasing, and using your new Templar Knife. In support of this policy of consumer satisfaction, we offer the following warranty:

Covered (By Limited Lifetime Warranty)

  • Defects in materials, workmanship, or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product (unless shorter periods are provided below).
  • Replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.

Not Covered (By Limited Lifetime Warranty)

  • Any conditions caused by normal “wear and tear.”
  • Abuse, accidents, misuse, or alterations to the product.
  • Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture).
  • Failure to follow our instructions with respect to proper usage, cutting, cleaning, or maintenance.
  • Lost parts.
  • Shipping damages or charges.
  • Lost or stolen products.
