If you are unfamiliar with OTF knives or proper reset and cleaning procedures, please review our maintenance information before submitting a warranty claim.
Many common issues can be resolved through basic reset or cleaning steps. Reviewing proper care and maintenance may save time and help ensure your knife continues to operate correctly.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Templar Knife products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser and remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, unless otherwise stated below.
What Is Covered
The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the following:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Failure of the knife to operate as intended under normal use
- Replacement with like or similar parts or products, at our discretion
What Is Not Covered
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
- Abuse, accidents, misuse, or intentional damage
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Exposure-related damage, including sun damage, moisture, rust, or corrosion
- Failure to follow instructions for proper use, cutting, cleaning, or maintenance
- Lost or missing parts
- Shipping damage or shipping costs
- Lost or stolen products

Full name
Return shipping address
Contact phone number
Description of the issue
Knife SKU (if known), for example: LA-AB-32-1 or L-BR-13-2
Providing complete information will help us process your claim as efficiently as possible.
