Once your item has been shipped please contact the carrier if you experience any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible nor do we have control over deliveries once your item leaves our shop and is in the hands of a delivery service. However, please feel free to reach out to us at sales@templarknife.com if any issues arrive and we will be happy to help the best we can with assisting in resolving delivery issues.
